I joined the Clayton/Vanderbilt team in November 1998. I started in the Call Center and was promoted to a Senior within 2 years. As a Senior Agent, I learned the value of leading others and found I enjoyed it. A short year later, I was promoted to a Call Center Supervisor where I had an instrumental role in the growth and development of the Call Center from 7 agents in 1998 to more than 70 agents in 2008. As a Supervisor, I was able to hone in on certain skills such as: recruiting, interviewing, training, motivating, and mentoring. While in a leadership role, I obtained a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. After transitioning into the role of HR Recruiter in 2008, I now help bring in future leaders to join the Clayton Team.
