I have often described Clayton Homes as a familial organization. Folks greet each other by first name in the hallway and in the community. That was as true when I started with the company as it is today. We are all part of the team. We support each other. We challenge each other. In the end, we are a better organization for it. The people here have helped me grow personally, by earning two college degrees, and professionally, by leading two different teams. My first leadership position was with our Insurance Marketing Team. That role gave me significant insight into our Information Technology team. I found that I really enjoyed that kind of a challenge and transitioned to that group over 7 years ago. Today, I lead a team of talented folks who support the IT needs of our Insurance division.
