I was given the opportunity to work ï¿½withï¿½ Vanderbilt Mortgage in 2004. I emphasized the word ï¿½withï¿½ for the sheer fact that I immediately felt like part of a team. This culture of teamwork has allowed me to grow quickly within the company. I spent my first year as an account representative, where I learned the financial part of the business. From there, I promoted to a Call Quality Evaluator, where I was able to work with several departments. As I moved from Portfolio Manager to Call Quality Manager, I have seen and continue to see many positive changes.
