In 1993, I joined Clayton Homes as a Programmer/Analyst developing software for the Insurance Group that quickly expanded to Retail and Finance. At that time, I was one of 12 in IT, today we have over 100. In the mid-90ï¿½s I was awarded the opportunity to join the HR Team as Compensation Benefits Manager. After a tour of duty in HR, I led our Corporate Development Team as the Corporate Programming Manager. Business growth created a need to grow our Information Technology investments in our Finance Group and so I became IT Manager. Financial Services provided five years of growth and additional demand for Corporate IT Services led to my current position of Corporate IT Director. The company has supported me from day one with training, mentorship and a culture that fosters growth and advancement.
