When Colorado homeowners Abbi and Perry Thompson came across a newly built Clayton home with enough space and land for their hobbies, they couldn’t pass up the opportunity. They’ve enjoyed setting up a shop where Perry can work on cars and curating their collection of vintage decor.

When Maria, a Clayton team member in California, was ready to buy her first home, she knew Clayton was the way to go. She chose a 700 sq. ft. manufactured home that was already built and on land, and loves getting to decorate her own space for the holidays.

Robert, a Navy combat veteran, and his wife Chasity Woody were tired of renting. They put down roots in a modular home in North Carolina where their daughters have grown up. Their home has also appreciated over time, opening more doors as they built financial equity.

Friends Norman and Ted knew they wanted to retire as neighbors on scenic Daufuskie Island off the coast of South Carolina. They worked with Clayton to personalize the models and ensure they fit with the historic district. And because there’s no bridge to the island, their homes were even delivered by barge!
