Every new Clayton Built® home comes equipped with an ecobee smart thermostat®, which allows you to control your home’s AC and heat right from your smartphone. Not only is it convenient, but it can also help you save money. This programmable thermostat can be set to your schedule, and it also detects when someone is or isn’t in the room and will adjust the temperature if needed.

2. Rainfall Showerhead

Do you need a rainfall showerhead in your bathroom? Probably not. But, do you want a rainfall showerhead in your bathroom? Definitely. With one of these installed in your shower, you’ll feel like you’ve escaped to your favorite tropical resort, without ever having to leave home.

3. Separate Soaking Tub

Speaking of really nice bathroom amenities, if you thought you’d have trouble finding a spa-like space where you can soak in a relaxing tub, think again.
