Floor Plan Favorite: The Stella

The bathroom is reminiscent of your favorite boutique hotel with its double-sink vanity, large glass walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub that features built-in shelving to store towels and candles for a relaxing night in.

The white, marble-style countertops, bathtub trim and accent wall add a high-end, timeless look, and you can choose to have this same option in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry and office nook, too to create a seamless feel and give you a great starting point for your decor.

In addition to a beautiful kitchen and spa-like bathroom, The Stella also includes a multipurpose room you may have thought you could only dream about when looking for a home on a budget. One of our favorite spots in this home, the multipurpose space is a combination mudroom, laundry room and home office nook.

Located right when you walk into the side entrance, you can immediately store and organize all the items you need in the mudroom nook, which includes several coat hooks and cubbies. This room also includes space for a washer and dryer, plenty of cabinets and countertops for laundry day and even a desk area that’s perfect as a home office nook and homework station.
