Friday Favorite: The Kimmel

This week’s Friday Favorite is The Kimmel! This model is 1,546 sq. ft, 3 beds, 2 baths and a whole lot of awesome. We’re going to look at just a few of the best parts of this home: the primary bedroom suite, the living room and my place where I would spend the most time, the kitchen!

Primary Bedroom

Where do I start with this primary bedroom? The gorgeous natural wood trim? The two large window features? How about the large walk-in closet? No matter where you begin, every corner of this room has something about it to love!

You’ve seen the primary bedroom, now let’s look at the bathroom! This room has a large double vanity, soaker tub and a walk-in shower. I hope you like blue, because there is a brilliant blue accent wall built right in behind your vanity. Plus, if you would like to get little fancier you can upgrade to a fully ceramic shower!

Living Room

If you thought the primary bedroom had a lot of great features, check out this living room! Large window features, tray ceilings and look at that wooden accent wall! I love that these features take so much of the hassle out of decorating, so you can get right to enjoying your home sooner! This room is the perfect place to host all your gatherings, or just to spend nights with your family.

Kitchen

Last but definitely not least… the kitchen! Here you have tons of cabinet space, a gorgeous island and a pantry for additional storage. And look at that backsplash ! Dual toned cabinets really give this home personality, and they match the accent wall in the dining room, giving the home some symmetry, too. Can’t you just smell the cookies baking already?
